Payment Terms

At GINGLINE Store, we are committed to providing a secure and convenient payment experience for all customers. Please read the following payment terms carefully before placing an order:

  1. Accepted Payment Methods

    • Credit / Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.)

    • PayPal

    • Bank Transfer (T/T) – for bulk / wholesale orders

    • Other payment methods may be supported depending on your region.

  2. Currency

    • All prices are listed and settled in USD.

    • If your local currency is different, the final amount may vary slightly due to exchange rates or bank charges.

  3. Payment Schedule

    • Retail orders: Full payment is required at checkout.

    • Bulk / Wholesale orders: 30% deposit upon order confirmation, and 70% balance before shipment.

  4. Security

    • All transactions are processed through encrypted and secure payment gateways to protect your personal and financial information.

    • We do not store your payment details on our server.

  5. Additional Charges

    • Any bank service fees, PayPal handling fees, or intermediary bank charges are the responsibility of the customer.

  6. Invoice & Confirmation

    • Once payment is received, you will receive an order confirmation email and an invoice.

    • Orders will be processed only after payment is successfully cleared.

  7. Special Notes

    • For customized products (e.g., OEM/ODM orders), full payment in advance may be required.

    • Orders that remain unpaid after 7 business days may be automatically canceled.
